2. 収集する情報

PII Firewall が収集・処理する情報は以下に限定されます：

• アカウント登録時のメールアドレス（認証・サービス提供目的）
• クレジット残高・利用ログ（サービス運営目的）
• AIへの送信テキスト内のPII検知結果（統計情報のみ・原文は保存しません）

3. 収集しない情報

• AIに送信するメッセージの原文・内容
• マスク前の個人情報（氏名・住所・電話番号等）
• ブラウザの閲覧履歴
• 位置情報

4. ローカル処理の原則

Chrome/Edge 拡張機能によるPII検知・マスク処理は、お客様のブラウザ内（ローカル）で実行されます。マスク前の原文データが当社サーバーに送信されることはありません。

5. 情報の利用目的

• サービスの提供・維持・改善
• お客様へのサポート対応
• 不正利用の防止
• 法令上の義務の履行

6. 第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除きお客様の情報を第三者に提供しません：

• お客様の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合
• サービス提供に必要な業務委託先への提供（守秘義務契約締結済み）

7. 利用する外部サービス

• Supabase（認証・データベース）
• Stripe（決済処理）
• Railway（サーバーインフラ）
• Sentry（エラー監視）

8. Cookieの使用

当サービスは認証維持のために必要最小限のCookieを使用します。広告目的のCookieは使用しません。

9. データの保管・削除

ログデータは最大365日間保管後、自動削除されます。アカウント削除をご希望の場合は、アプリ内の設定画面またはsupport@piifirewall.comまでご連絡ください。削除リクエストを受領後、30日以内に対応いたします。

10. 法人・Enterpriseのお客様について

BusinessプランおよびEnterpriseプランでご契約いただく法人のお客様については、本ポリシーに加え、別途「個別利用契約」および「データ処理契約（DPA: Data Processing Agreement）」を締結いたします。

法人契約においては、サービス提供および契約履行の目的で、以下の情報を追加で取得する場合があります：

• 法人名・登記住所
• ご担当者の氏名・メールアドレス・部署名
• 請求先情報
• 従業員アカウントのメールアドレス（チーム利用時）

これらの情報の取扱いは、個別契約・DPAに定める条件が本ポリシーに優先して適用されます。法人契約のお客様はsupport@piifirewall.comまでお問い合わせください。

• Email address at registration (for authentication and service delivery)
• Credit balance and usage logs (for service operation)
• PII detection statistics only — original message content is never stored

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• The content of messages you send to AI services
• Personal information before masking (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
• Browser history
• Location data

4. Local Processing

PII detection and masking by the Chrome/Edge extension is performed entirely within your browser (locally). Raw unmasked data is never transmitted to our servers.

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the service
• Customer support
• Fraud prevention
• Legal compliance

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except:

• With your consent
• As required by law
• With service providers under confidentiality agreements

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. No advertising cookies are used.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Log data is automatically deleted after 365 days. To delete your account, use the in-app settings or contact support@piifirewall.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

10. Business and Enterprise Customers

For customers on the Business or Enterprise plan, a separate Individual Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed in addition to this Privacy Policy.

Under corporate contracts, the following additional information may be collected for the purpose of service delivery and contract fulfillment:

• Company name and registered address
• Contact person's name, email address, and department
• Billing information
• Employee account email addresses (for team usage)

The terms of the individual agreement and DPA take precedence over this Privacy Policy with respect to the handling of such information. Please contact support@piifirewall.com for corporate contract inquiries.
